1. A Sponsorship Officer — Duties include:

1. Finding and calling possible sponsors.
2. Create a unified presentation to give to possible new sponsors.
3. Maintaining relationships with existing sponsors.
4. Ensuring sponsor recognition, on the website and on promotional materials.

1. Updating the existing webpage, when new information needs to be added, or old information removed.
2. Ensuring the website is secure from outside intruders.
3. Monitoring the website for spam and fraudulent posts.

1. Registering the team for competition.
2. Arranging accomodations (hotels, etc.) for competition.
3. Arranging travel for competition.

1. Creating sales reports for competition.
2. Arranging cost presentations for competition.

1. Monitor the spending of the teams and club.
2. Evaluate the monetary standing of the club and give reports to the officers at officer meetings.

1. Manufacture competition vehicles
2. Test vehicles prior to competition to find defects.
3. Participate in competition as a mechanic, driver, or general support team member.

Cal Poly SAE meets as a club Bi-Weekly starting Oct. 12. Teams meet nearly every Saturday, and sometimes during the week.
